THE COTTAGE

BOOKING CONDITIONS

Bookings

Bookings are for a maximum of two people (without prior agreement)
Bookings are from 4pm Saturday to 12.00 midday Saturday. If an earlier arrival is required we will do our best to be ready at an agreed time.

Payment

A deposit of £100 per week is required to secure a booking. You will receive a formal acceptance of your booking. A Cheque for the balance is required 8 weeks before the beginning of the holiday

Cancellation

You should notify us as soon as possible if it is necessary for you to cancel your holiday. The initial deposit is non refundable but if you have paid the balance we will make every effort to re let the Cottage and if we are able we will refund your payment minus a £30 administrative charge. It is the clients responsibility to arrange insurance cover.

Damage

On arrival we will ask for a cheque for £200 to cover any damages or breakages. This will be held and providing no damage or breakages occur the cheque will be returned within one week of the end of the holiday. Deposit in cash will be accepted if preferred. However the clients liability is not limited to this amount

Cleaning

The cottage will be clean on your arrival and so we would ask that it is left in the same condition on your departure. We reserve the right to deduct any additional cleaning charges from the security deposit if the property is not left in an acceptable condition

Smoking

For the comfort of future guests we would ask that guests refrain from smoking inside the cottage

Services

All services are included in the rental price. We will not however be liable in the event of temporary  stoppage of  public services for reasons outside our control including weather conditions.

Bed Linen is provided and for visits of longer than one week a change of linen will be provided.

POOL TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED

A welcome pack will be provided
